Specialising in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, I tailor make each massage session to suit the specific requirements of the client at that time. Stress, aches, pains, stiffness can be effectively reduced with correct massage. Lymphatic drainage, fluid retention, lethargy and poor muscle tone can be targeted by a different type of massage. I look at each client from a holistic health aspect and help promote a meditative healing atmosphere during each massage session to aid the body restore itself whilst also increasing removal of toxins and metabolic waste.I make each session as cost effective as possible to make this service attainable for everybody.
