Very rude man, the 1st night he demanded 60 quid in cash off my mother or he would not leave the house even though I told him I would pay him via revolut. he left us he weekend with no water pump when he returned he changed a water pump for us but had told us it would not be a plastic pump then he installed a plastic pump and would not answer when asked about it he can go selectively silent he pretends he can't hear he is gas. He demands money immediately after the work is done and waited in our hallway looking for his transfer to revolut and kept asking for it and sat in the hallway until he got his money which is very threatening as we are just two women in the house and he is a very large tall man and he would not leave the house. The mixer no longer functions as it previously did before he did the job and I told him afterwards he has given me the runaround for 3 days that he will return to look at it and he has not I guess he made sure he got paid so his after service is poor.
