Kildare.We all encounter difficulties in our lives at some point! At such times we may experience confusion, stress, anxiety or depression, or find ourselves becoming more dependent on alcohol, drugs or other addictive behaviour to ease our pain.My core approach is Humanistic & Person Centred drawing as appropriate on a range of strategies, e.g. Gestalt, CBT, Mindfulness. As a person centred counsellor, I believe that each individual has the potential to become a unique and fully functioning person.
