Our Approach
We will design, coordinate, and manage your building project, dealing with all phases of the design and construction process. Insuring that our clients needs are properly realized through an economic and efficient approach to design and construction.

Our work begins with an analysis of our clients needs and requirements, thereby allowing us to develop a brief with our clients which informs both ourselves and our clients. Allowing for the development of  a design solution which is tailored to suite our clients specific needs.

Planning Permission
Following completion of  design work we apply for planning permission on behalf of our clients. We liaise with and work through any issues that the relevant local authority may have in relation to planning issues.

Detailed Design & Production of Contract Construction Drawings
Following a grant of Planning Permission we produce a detailed set of construction drawings and specifications necessary for pricing by suitable building contractors.  In conjunction detail design and specifications we also produce all necessary documentation for compliance with Planning Conditions and Building Regulations.

We advise on the appropriate form of contract for our clients to cover the relevant construction works, and we administer the contract with the contractor on behalf of our clients.

Construction Works
Following commencement of works on site we carry out periodic inspection of the work being carried out to ensure that good building practice is being followed  as per the architects drawings and speculations.

We issue interim certificates in accordance with the terms of the contract  thereby allowing monies to be drawn down from the relevant lending institute, and advising on payments to be made to the building contractor.

Certificates of Compliance
Upon completion of the building works a detailed inspection, commonly referred to as a snag list is carried out to insure that all aspects of  the construction work has been completed to a satisfactory level.

Following which we supply our clients with architects Certificates of Compliance with Building Regulations and Planning Permission.
