This option offers a full service with a dedicated project team assigned to your search until it is completed. Our retained search option is used mainly at Chief Executive, Senior Management and Executive levels where there is a need for candidates to be searched and presented in a timely manner. All candidates will be exclusively presented to the client. This service is offered on a retained phased basis.
This option can be used where a client wishes to advertise the position(s) in the media. We offer flexibility in this option i.e. a client may wish to use a recruitment advertisement to increase the profile of their company, or alternatively they may prefer to run an ‘anonymous’ advertisement using only GMB’s established name, this is particularly useful when the position may be confidential.
We draft the advertisement and place it in the appropriate media with client approval and then monitor and co-ordinate the response. We interview to select a shortlist and present candidates exclusively to the client. All advertised assignments incorporate a detailed database search. In addition we offer the service of placing the advert on our website and on a national recruitment website, at no extra cost.

Having been in existence since 1979 we have developed a sizeable and diverse database of candidates. All assignments include a comprehensive search of this database for suitable and interested candidates for each vacancy.
