   1.     Boot camps East Coast Fitness runs several Boot Camps around Dublin and Wicklow. Located above sealife on Bray Promenade ECF has fantastic views of the sea and Bray Head. Making this the perfect location to get fit, stay fit, and most importantly, have fun at the same time. What you can expect by joining an East Coast Fitness Boot Camp 60 min Outdoor Boot Camp held  mornings and evenings, – hail, rain or shine. Choose to workout 1 or 2 per week, typically for 6 weeks. Burn up to 800 calories per workout Workouts include heart-pumping cardio circuits, anaerobic interval training, plyometrics, core workouts, modified strongman training, body weight exercises, and creative exercises that are proven to get you results quicker. We will measure results with Before & After fitness testing.
