Can all my items arrive at the same time?
You can arrange for several products to be delivered on the same day. It is our
policy to arrange for all products to be delivered on the same where possible
in order to cut down on additional delivery charges.
What if I'm out when you try to deliver?
If your item is being delivered and there is no response at the designated
address then the delivery service company will leave a card to let you know
they have tried to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you
within 7 days of the original delivery date. If there is no response at the
delivery address on the second attempt then the items will be returned to
What will happen if the item I have ordered is not in stock?
What are your delivery times?
Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 6pm. The exact timing of delivery
cannot be specified
Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door.
Items will not be delivered to multiple addresses.

Can I return a product?
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the item to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If an item is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.
