We have 11 external field sales professionals who are highly experienced in all areas of product, consumer requirements, local market, merchandising and promotions.
Nationwide Merchandising Services
Our aim is to provide our customers with the best in-store displays for hand tools. We believe that a well merchandised tool department will improve sales.
Whether it is existing products or the launch of a new line, we provide in-store promotional support in order to generate consumer interest and sales.
With our customers, we believe that well trained retail staff will grow sales by having a thorough knowledge of the brands and products that they are selling. We provide comprehensive product training.
Regional Trade Shows
To assist our retailers in viewing our complete product range, we organize regional trade shows. Several new products are launched together woth promotional and seasonal offers. In addition to our own sales personnel, these will be attended by manufacturers representatives to assist with technical enquiries.
Consistent Introduction Of New Brands & Products
We continue to extend our range of brands and products. Recent additions include, BERG (Mixing Machines), KEW TECHNIQUE (Electrical Testing Equipment) and KRINO (Power Tool Accessories).
Sales Office and Customer Service
Our sales office and customer service staff are available from 08.00 - 17.50 Monday - Friday.
Trade Counter - "Same Day" Collection
Customers can avail of our trade counter facility for the collection of orders. Trade promotions and special offers are available.
On display is a comprehensive selection of our brands and product lines. We also display retail solutions and suggestions for our customers.
We have regular national promotions on leading brands and product lines. We will also provide customers with promotions to their specific requirements. These will be backed up with consumer literature containing customer details and logos.
We provide next day delivery. Our warehouse/distribution centre caters for all customer requirements. All dispatch/Advice notes detail the customer order in the sequence ordered. The barcode and customer code/SKU is also listed.
E - Business
We can accept customer orders electronically and provide Advice Notes and Invoices electronically to our customer specification.
