TCS have a wide range of vapour proof and breathable coatings to treat slabs prior to the application of moisture sensitive materials eg hardwoods and laminates.

TT Vapour Membrane

TCS have a system which will create a vapour barrier by applying 2 coats of TT Vapour Membrane to a previously cleaned concrete surface which, once cured, provides a Vapour proof, Methane and Carbon Dioxide barrier.

We can retro apply Triton TT Vapour Barrier as a waterproof and gas-proof membrane to concrete, masonry and brick substrates or as an alternative to sheet membranes in new construction.

Trimol 40 = NO NEED TO REPLACE DAMP CONCRETE SLABS!

Our Water Based two part Epoxy Coating is a two part primer and top coat system which will provide a damp proof finish on damp concrete. We do not have vapour phase problems as it is water based and is safe to use in confined spaces. Trimol 40 can be used as a damp proof membrane where none exists or the original has failed, or as a tanking layer in a "sandwich" construction between sand and cement renders.

Trimol 40 is vapour permeable. It is also suitable for use as a durable and walkable finish. If requested we can apply a non slip coating during the application process. Trimol 40 can be applied to most building substrates and to damp surfaces. When fully cured, Trimol 40 resists petrol, oil and mild chemicals.

Tri-Seal

Triseal Vapour Barrier is our Damp proof membrane and water vapour suppressant and therefore not vapour permeable. Again a solvent free, two part epoxy resin coating, typically used as a surface damp proof membrane and a water vapour suppressant which is well suited for use as a water and water proof barrier, beneath raised access floors, in plant rooms and bunded areas. It is also suitable for application on damp surfaces, such as sand/cement and cement floors subject to rising damp or containing residual construction moisture.

We have applied Tri-Seal as a general purpose coating for surfaces subject to foot and light wheeled traffic. We prefer to wait 7 days for a new concrete slab to cure prior to application.

Triton SBR latex.

TCS use Triton SBR as a latex admixture in our cementitious mixes, renders, screeds and waterproof slurry coatings. We believe that Triton SBR improves the workability and durability of our cement mixes, resulting in the cured material having a higher strength, density and water impermeability.

PLATON STOP

A sheet membrane which is vapour proof and is designed to add a shock cushioning and sound deadening improvement to any floor it is loose laid to prior to floating timber floors or laminates being applied over.

It can be applied to new slabs a soon as they are walkable thus saving valuable time not having to wait for a slab to be dry enough to lay moisture sensitive materials over.

ALL OUR VAPOUR PROOF FLOOR SYSTEMS COME WITH A 10 YEAR GUARANTEE.

TRITON CONSERVATION SYSTEMS - GREEN ROOFS AND ROOF GARDENS

TCS can create a waterproof system with drainage and storage of moisture all included in a controlled system that provides a root barrier and filtration to ensure no silting occurs. In today?s society green roofs both pitched and horizontal are becoming increasingly popular with garden designers, architects and the general public. Finally here is a view of a pitched roof and a more unusual tennis court in France.

TRITON CONSERVATION SYSTEMS - DAMP PROOFING & TIMBER TREATMENTS

At Triton Conservation Systems we have been involved in remedial damp and timber works for many years and can offer probably the most comprehensive range of Damp proofing systems and Timber Treatments that are currently available. TCS are able to accurately assess the amount of moisture in masonry and timber by the use of either Moisture meters and/or Calcium Carbide Speedy Meter tests.

TRITON CONSERVATION SYSTEMS - INTERNAL WATERPROOFING APPLICATION

Although TCS will always choose the best combined system of all our product range to ensure a completely successfully designed water proofing system in most instances we will recommend a cavity drained membrane system complete with associated drainage either gravity or pump driven.

TRITON CONSERVATION SYSTEMS - CONDENSATION PROBLEMS

Many properties suffer with condensation so we have collated a few tips on how to avoid the problem If these do not work then we can offer the following products to help eradicate the smells and staining that is associated with condensation. Positive air Pressure units create continual air movement which does not allow moisture laiden air to stay still long enough for the moisture to convert from vapour back to liquid.

TRITON CONSERVATION SYSTEMS - CONCRERTE AND MASONARY WATERPROOFING

When we apply it as a surface applied system it waterproofs and protects concrete in depth in basements/retaining walls, concrete slabs, construction joints, water retaining structures, swimming pools, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, channels and potable water tanks.

TRITON CONSERVATION SYSTEMS - EXTERNAL WATERPROOFING

It works as the protection and drainage layer on mezzanine floors and raised walkways where water needs to be controlled and drained away in a controlled manner. Triton double drain is a membrane system designed specifically for external use which protects underlying primary membranes as well.
