Debt Collection

Two findings from a Small Firms Association survey showed that almost 70% of small firms offered credit terms of 30 days or less, yet only 8% were paid within that period. Secondly the survey found that 58% of the firms stated that more than half of their customers regularly paid late. Paul W. Tracey Solicitors has a debt collection team in place to handle any overdue account.
