Once your auction is over, or even while its still running, you need to be able to keep track of who has bought what and ensure it is paid for. The accounts built into Auction House Manager ensure all these details are at your fingertips. A line is provided for how much each client has bought and sold (Contra accounts are available for clients who do both).
We have made it as quick as possible to jump between different peoples accounts, print off their invoice and provide them with a receipt to enable pickup of their lots. As well as keeping track of the amount bought or sold, and the commission on these, it is also possible to add charges to client accounts (such as for carriage, postage or printing).
Several reports link into the accounts, providing you with a daily lodgement sheet listing all payments in and out that were made on a particular day.
A quick list in the client lookup, allows you to see all clients with outstanding accounts.
