VisionID offers two levels of service plans: Onsite and Workshop.
On Site Plans
Engineers arrive on-site next day or within 72 hours with standard parts to complete repairs on the first visit. Unlimited repairs, travel time, all parts and labor (excluding printer heads and platen rollers) are included under the onsite service plan. On-site service is available throughout Ireland
Qualified service engineers arrive on-site within 24-48 hours of service call.
Engineers are equipped with the parts needed to perform repair on first visit.

Workshop Service Plans
Damaged equipment is sent to our dedicated Irish Service and Support centre for repair, and we endeavor to facilitate a speedy turnaround on printers and scanners. Unlimited repairs, standard return shipping, all parts and labor (excluding print heads and platen rollers) are included under the Workshop Service Plan.
Convenient central Service and Support depot.
Authorised repair performed within 24 hours of approval.

Service plan response times available are:

Zebra Authorized Service Providers (ZASPs) have demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to provide quality service and support for all Zebra products. VisionID engineers are endorsed and certified by Zebra to provide on-site repair, as well as installation, maintenance contracts, depot repair and technical support.
By using a ZASP engineer, you have the peace of mind of knowing that trained technicians are keeping your Zebra printers operating at optimum performance levels. All VisionID engineers have completed extensive Zebra training and are required to re-certify on an annual basis.
Motorola Comprehensive Cover from the Start
For Motorola´s range of Mobile Computers (MC Range) VisionID offer three levels of service, Bronze, EMEA Gold and Advanced Exchange. These packages are designed to offer customers the best levels of support for their needs.
Comprehensive coverage extends normal wear and tear coverage by including accidental breakage during normal use. Motorola will repair or replace covered external plastics, cosmetic imperfections, displays, keyboards, exit windows, triggers or faulty internal devices that are damaged during normal use.
