On the 11th of June the Commission for Rural Communities in the UK will be hosting an event entitled “Designing services for rural communities: the role of co-design and co-delivery”.  This 2 day workshop will focus on the special challenges of designing appropriate services and delivery mechanisms for rural areas.

NRN « Rural Development Support Unit

The second meeting of the European National Rural Network providers (the Rural Development Support Unit being the provider of the Irish National Rural Network) was held on the 13th of February in Prague. Dr David Beehan, Chief Agricultural Inspector at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, today launched a new degree programme in Dairy Business at University College Dublin.
