I approach each project by getting to know each client’s personalities and stories and working with the client group in the way they are most comfortable with. Some clients have specific ideas about what they want and enjoy a collaborative process, others want to be surprised and are more hands-off. Both approaches work because the process is about giving the client an identity that they and their audience can believe in.

During the initial stage of each project I work in partnership with my clients to develop an implementation plan and timetable, based on creating their optimum balance between product/service branding, marketing and financial management.

This implementation plan and timetable takes in all the visual elements of the new Identity, including:

  • Bespoke Logo - Both the principal and the unifying visual element of the entire identity
  • Stationery Suite, including Letterhead, Business Cards, Microsoft Office Templates
  • Marketing Collateral (Flyers, brochures, books, websites, etc.)
  • Product Packaging and Service Agreements
  • Signage, including Interior, Exterior and Vehicle
  • 'Rebranding' of existing material, including Website, Brochures and Tender Submission Documents

Typical Scope of Service

The development process is tailored to each client’s personality and needs, however, in all cases, unless otherwise requested, The One Image’s scope of service includes:

  • Exploratory consultation(s) to establish client specific goals, milestones and deliverables
  • Exploration of the visual language, including the underlying semantics, of the client’s target market, principal competitors and service/product alternatives
  • Design and presentation of logo options and supporting material
  • Development of selected option(s) based on agreed changes
  • Design of stationary including: Letterhead; Compliment Slip and Business Card
  • Pre-print production and packaging of stationery artwork for professional lithographic and digital printing
  • Provision of advice on printing options, sourcing of quotes from printers and liaison with the selected printer to arrange the production and delivery of the job
  • Supply of soft-copies of the stationery optimised for inhouse printing, including letterhead in Microsoft Word
  • Supply of logo ‘media pack‘ comprising, at least, two full colour and two monochrome versions of the logo. The first of the two versions of both the full colour and monochrome options are optimised for placement on white/light coloured backgrounds, the second for placement on black/dark coloured backgrounds. Each version of the logo is supplied in eps (vector), jpeg and png (raster) formats to meet all print and screen requirements.
