We provide our customers with a very high level of after sales service and customer support.

All systems and equipment installed by Sound & Vision Communications are under warranty for 12 months from the date of commissioning.

Warranty includes:

  • Site visits 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)
  • Labour and materials
  • 24/7 telephone support
  • Repair of faulty equipment at workshop
  • Out of hours service calls are available

A Priority Service Agreement is available when the 12 month warranty on equipment has expired, thereby ensuring that our customers systems are properly maintained and continue to meet the required standards of performance.

The service agreement includes a Preventative Maintenance Inspection once or twice a year (depending on service level selected),

where the system is completely checked and tested, repairs are carried out and batteries are changed in all transmitters/call units. So, as well as priority response, customers have the added peace of mind that their system maintains its' efficiency and reliability throughout the year.

By availing of the Priority Service Agreement, customers can avail of the following benefits:

  • 24/7 telephone support
  • Guaranteed priority response time of 24 hours or 12 hours (depending of service level chosen)
  • One or two Preventative Maintenance Inspection during the year - including battery replacements
  • On-site maintenance of all fixed equipment
  • Parts and labour costs included
  • Weekend on-site response available with higher levels of service agreement
  • Repair of faulty transmitters etc. at our own workshop
