To kick off the implementation of your Justscan POS Installation, we complete our comprehensive Pre-Installation Document Pack in consultation with you, the customer. Departments, Sub-departments, pricing rules, labelling, security requirements and so on are all identified and discussed, and your chosen configuration options recorded.

To assist with ease of implementation, Justscan offer a full range of Epos specialist services including:-

  • Equipment Configuration

  • Each piece of POS equipment used in your installation is fully configured and ready to be used by your staff.
  • Epos Software Installation

  • We ensure that the day your shop opens, your system will run smoothly. The installation will take place in good time, ensuring no last minute hitches.
  • Shop Setup

  • We can further assist you by entering your stock items onto your POS system for you. Our staff will be on-site when your stock is in place. We will enter each item into its correct department, ensure that selling prices are correct and print your item and shelf edge labels.
  • Item setup

  • if you prefer to enter your own stock items, Justscan can facilitate you with handheld units and shop setup software. This will allow you to become more familiar with your stock and its location, and also enables you to setup items in your own time.
  • Stocktaking

  • Justscan also provide the unique service of hiring out handheld units with stocktaking software. Stocktaking is time consuming. You and your staff can easily stock take your shop in a fraction of the time it normally takes. All the paperwork and calculations are done for you-just print the reports.
  • Training

  • The Justscan trainers are fully sensitive to the security issues your business might encounter. Before training commences, the trainer will discuss and agree with you staff access to information and various functions and deliver the training accordingly. We will train your staff in groups of 2-3 persons, or on a one to one basis if you request. We have dedicated training facility at head office, but can also provide on-site training. A Justscan trainer is always on-site on opening day to deal with teething problems or additional training.
  • Epos Operational Support

  • The Justscan Epos support team will help you to introduce your new POS solution with maximum efficiency so your business is able to enjoy the benefits from day one. Each Justscan POS solution comes complete with remote access maintenance software allowing our support team to efficiently access your Epos system to investigate any issues you might experience. Telephone and dial-in support is available between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Out of hours support is also provided 7 days a week for emergency calls. Nationwide equipment cover is also available, ensuring that your solution is up and running in the minimum time possible.
