System Audit

Full or partial equipment audits providing a technical fingerprint of equipment technical status and performance, also for insurance purposes. Our engineers will complete a comprehensive check list which includes; performance parameters, measurements, revision checks and lens condition elements. A report is completed detailing findings and recommendations to ensure your system remains in the best possible condition.  

Lens Swap

Simax has developed a special lens crane and has the skills to remove and swap a lens at your site.  As lithography tool get older there is an increasing likeliness that lens will deteriorate and require service. Today we have the capability of swapping these lens and in the future will have the ability to provide some repair of the lens.

For those times when you may need our engineers to back up your team for a scheduled PM or other important event, our engineers can be made available with our on call support, giving you the security of knowing support is available at a nominal cost. Instead of paying for service on a per incident or per hourly basis, you may wish to purchase a block of hours that can be consumed as you wish over the year.

Simax offers a comprehensive portfolio of technical training and education services designed to help improve the technical skill of your staffs. Courseware is offered at our training centers in Mesa and Suwon. Courses include system operations and repair as well as application training.
