The ability to record precision data from low light detection and measurement systems forms one of the core competencies of SensL. A detector is only as good as the electronics which are used to readout and acquire the signal it produces.
Intimate knowledge of how SensL technology works and through close work with our customers and the requirements they have for integration of SensL's technology has lead to the development of leading edge measurement and data acquisition systems. A good data acquisition system must be able to integrate quickly and easily into the users system and to do this SensL have incorporated the latest USB technology to provide the ability for our measurement systems to connect directly to our users computers and laptops.
These systems are ideal for use with a range of SensL detectors but in keeping with the modular design philosophy from SensL, the systems will also work with a wide range of commercially available detectors in the marketplace such as PIN and APD based photodiodes, PMT and MCP based technology. At SensL we realize that there are a wide range of detectors in the marketplace and seek to work with those technologies to bring our electronics to a wider market. A good example of this is our HRMTime which has been designed to work with the SensL photon counting detectors but also works directly with or through our CFD circuit, all other detectors in the marketplace. We work directly with our customers who look to integrate this technology into their instruments and can often provide building blocks which can significantly decrease time to market.
