We delve deep under the covers to get the answer to key questions such as where is your sweet spot, what size is your market, what is your value proposition and what measurable value do you bring?

Stage four - Execute the Battlecard

What's the detailed battle plan look like?

Now that we know what needs to be done, we have to make it happen. Stage four is the blueprint for executing your strategy. In it we take the battlecard and break it down into key activities that have to happen, we allocate the resources and agree the measures you will use to assess success. In short we create a clear and detailed execution plan with milestones and review points that will make your growth happen.

But our engagement does not stop there.

Unlike many consultancy groups we stay involved with your team providing implementation support and facilitating the key review points to ensure the plan stays on track. And once the first battle is won we can come back for strategic reviews and sanity checks!
