Selecting the right person for the job takes time and know-how. At rigneydolphin our Consultants use a specialised database for researching candidates. We scan a range of candidates on a macro and micro level before offering the select few for your consideration. We take time to talk to a candidate and get to know what they are looking for and what the key motivators for choice will be. We use a range of psychometric tests on selected candidates when required, which highlights their previous performance and style.
Permanent Full Time Staff
In this case we will source candidates from the market place to fill a vacant position. We have expert consultants who will be happy to consult with you on your specific recruitment needs. Once a candidate has been successfully placed within the organization they then become an employee of that company.
No placement, No Fee.
If required, we conduct Psychometric Profiling on short listed candidates.
For clients who require contract staff for extended periods Rigneydolphin has a long tradition in providing such staff. The Contract worker will be based on-site in your premises while remaining an employee of Rigneydolphin, therefore we are responsible for all associated payroll, holiday pay, PRSI. In this case we look after their recruitment needs while also providing additional HR Support. At present Rigneydolphin have over 700 contract employees who are placed in client organisations in a range of positions.
Temporary staff (Temps)
In this case we provide temporary staff for our clients at short notice and in general such staff will provide 'fill in' generic duties. Rigneydolphin Temps are assessed for their typing and computer literacy skills, we then seek reference and recommendations from other clients or referees. The temporary worker will work for you while remaining in our employment therefore:
- We will organize all aspects of payment and tax returns for the temporary worker i.e PRSI, Holiday Pay and Payroll are covered
- Costs are variable rather than fixed
- Allows you to concentrate on your core business while we concentrate on supplying the people/skills you require
Part Time Recruitment
There are certain times when employing a part-time member of staff can be an efficient cost saving measure in areas or departments where you don't need full-time cover. It will also enable your company to gain flexibility so that you can respond and adapt to changes in demand and continue to develop your core business.
