At Principle Property we provide a wide range of services for your property whether it is a residential estate, apartment block or commercial property, these services include:

Preparation of Service Budget

Prepared each year for approval by the Board of Directors/Committee of Management

Collection of Service Charges

Collected annually, half yearly or quarterly as instructed by the Lease Agreement

Regular Cleaning and Maintenance.

We organise the regular cleaning and maintenance of the common areas and grounds as instructed by the owners

Payment of all the Companies Bills And Expenses

Maintaining all Book-Keeping and Banking Records

Financial Reports

Issued for discussion at all Management meetings and to the Chairman of the Board of Directors on request.

Preparation of Books for Audit

Prepared at the end of the financial year. Copies of these auditors reports are distributed to all owners along with the notice convening the A.G.M

Insurance Matters

We manage all insurance enquiries and correspondence, including correspondence in relation to insurance claims in the Common Areas and negotiation of insurance renewal terms

Correspondence

We attend to all correspondence on the ordinary day to day business of the Company

Maintenance

Maintenance visits to the property as necessary

Supervision

Supervision of all agreed works carried out, on a reasonable basis as well as the obtaining of prices/quotations

Company Returns

These are returned by us on or before the annual return date, as required under Company Law
