Prima Model Agency regularly runs Self-Improvement and Grooming Courses.These courses help young women aged 16 and upwards to build confidence,develop a sense of their own individual style and improve posture.Professionals in the areas of nutrition,skincare and make-up,haircare and personal image work with the girls and other areas covered include interview skills,social skills and techniques used in modelling.

The last Grooming Course commenced in March 2011 at the Granville Hotel. Next course due to start in Spring 2012. Each evening focused on a different area:
Nutrition – an experienced nutritionist will help you to look at your diet and learn how to look good on the outside by putting the correct foods inside your body.
Skin Care and Make-Up – learn how to take care of your skin and all the tricks of the trade when it comes to applying make-up.
Hair Care – it’s your crowning glory so learn from the professionals how to never have a bad hair day.
Image – the celebrities use personal stylists all the time so get all the tips to find out what colours and styles can really work for you.
Interview Skills – knowing how to carry yourself with confidence will help you to stand out from the crowd in interview situations.
Social Skills – in social situations you may only have a short time to make a good impression so knowing the basics of good etiquette can really make a difference.
Deportment and Modelling Techniques – learn how to walk with elegance and grace as well as seeing if you’ve got what it takes to work with the south east’s leading model agency!
To take part in Prima Model Agency’s Grooming Course you should be 16 or over. All participants are very welcome, regardless of whether you are interested in modelling or not. However we would like to take this opportunity to point out that if you are under 5'8" and a half in your bare feet it is highly unlikely that you will be suitable for modelling.
