The Senseo coffee maker has been validated for inclusion in the voluntary recall action.
Due to the low numbers of new cases registered in the UK, Philips has stopped the central registration and exchange co-ordination as of September 1st 2009. However, the recall and exchange process will continue for your eligible Senseo coffee maker.
To take advantage of the exchange process we would ask that you return your machine to the retailer from whom you purchased (within one year of date of purchase) or to a Philips Authorised Service Centre (beyond one year of date of purchase).
