The chance to experience the latest Cleveland Golf equipment - and be fitted for it - is coming to a course and range near you.
The makers of clubs used by Tour winners David Howell, Soren Kjeldsen and Matt Zions in Europe and David Toms, Jeff Overton and Boo Weekley in the US, are on the road from tomorrow (August 5) and introducing the latest Launcher drivers, CG 16 irons and wedges and Mashie hybrid to a whole new audience of golfers.
Cleveland Golf is offering amateur golfers the chance to have their equipment fitted like a Tour pro by bringing its official tech truck to the driving ranges of a series of golf clubs across the UK, starting with Mendip Golf Club in Somerset.
This new service means that ater being fitted by a Tour-standard equipment guru, customers will be able to take their new equipment home on the day just like a pro.
The fitting programme coincides with the launch of Cleveland s “right weight fitting system” where amateurs can calculate the weight of a Cleveland Golf Ultralite driver to match their swing speeds and standard of play. The results are accurate through the use of the CG2 ball flight monitor.
The mobile unit provides almost all the facilities found at the Cleveland/Srixon Centre of Excellence in..... where golfers of all levels can be exposed to the digital methods of club fitting.
