We aim to offer excellent value for money. Many of the Brands we stock have
Recommended Retail Pricing, and of course we respect these policies where appropriate.
We do believe that the pricing of the Brands we stock reflects the quality of
the ingredients in the products. In many cases we have also found that the purer
products stoked by Musthave ‘go further’ and therefore the same
amount lasts longer, making them better value for money.
Wherever possible we will try to offer promotions through our ‘Musthave
Members’ service, and have reduced our delivery costs as much as we can
and charge postage based on the weight of each order, ensuring that we charge
you the lowest amount for your individual order.

We will discuss your requirements with you, everything from the products you
use through to what you eat and the benefits of staying away from chemicals
and preservatives in products. We will then advise on a regime specifically
for you. Our staff are not sales people for one particular brand so we are happy
to select the best products for you from each range that we stock.
Our staff are skincare experts and therapists, they are not sales people. They
really are here to help and will try to give you all the information you need
so that you are able to make your own decisions. In most cases we can also give
you leaflets, brochures and samples for the products we recommend so that you
can try before you buy.
We recognise that choosing new products can be a tricky, time consuming and
sometimes an expensive process. If you really want to choose the right products
for your skin or hair type you must be able to ‘try before you buy’,
to avoid wasting money on unsuitable products. That's why at musthave, we have
developed a comprehensive sampling system and we're happy to send out free samples

Our trained staff will need to know the following:
- Your skin type
- Your age (if you don't mind telling us)
- Products you've used in the past.
- Allergies you have
- Your address
Where available, samples are listed on the website in their own section within
each brand. To select a sample, simply add it to your basket. You can also request
product samples when you make an order with us, and we will send them out with
your parcel. If you request samples without ordering any products, please bear
with us while we process your request. We do process all sample requests every
week but priority is given to product purchases.
How many samples may I try?
To ensure that this service remains free to all, we would ask that you choose
no more than three samples. If you speak to us or email us first, we can narrow
down your choices to the most suitable products. Some of the brands
we stock, do not provide samples of their products and there are some products
that simply cannot be made into a sample. We cannot guarantee that we will be
able to send you all the samples you request, but we will do our utmost to help.
Ocasionally this service is circulated on Special Offer and Discount Code websites
which means we experience an exceptionally high level of demand for samples.
During these periods we do restrict sample requests to those that are made as
part of an order with us. If we have been unable during these periods to send
samples for a genuine request we do apologise and hope you understand that this
