We carry out negotiations and arbitrations on a large volume of rent reviews on behalf of both Landlords & Tenants ranging from institutional investment companies and large corporations to private investors and sole traders, in respect all types of commercial property.


We value a large quantity and variety of property each year including all types of commercial properties (both vacant & investment), hotels, petrol stations, residential & commercial development land, and leisure facilities for tax purposes, annual accounts, loan security, etc.

Development Appraisals

We carry out comprehensive development appraisals in order to assess and maximise the return that may be achieved from a proposed development.

With the change of rating assessment from rateable valuations (RV) to net annual value (NAV), the Valuation Office is carrying out a general revaluation throughout the country.
