Freight Invoice Pre-Audit & Payment


ÍOMPAR BBA acts as a Clearing house for Freight Invoices on behalf of our Clients. Freight invoices get sent to us directly by the carrier. We log & audit each shipment to our Clients criteria, approve or reject for payment, request single payment and issue payments to carriers. As a result of this process a suite of reports, as well as all relevant data, are available to our Clients online.

Freight Invoice Post Audit

ÍOMPAR BBA’s comprehensive freight Post Audit recovers large amounts of freight overpayments for our clients. A Post Audit is a retrospective audit of your carrier invoices which your company have already paid. Carriers will frequently overcharge clients for freight paid. Doing a Post Audit will ensure all overcharges are recovered back to the client. We typically find overcharges on previously paid invoices in the range of 2-5% of the total freight spend. These overcharges are spread across incorrect rates/surcharges and duplicate payments. Any overcharges identified as a result of the Post Audit process will be reclaimed by ÍOMPARBBA on your behalf and refunded according to our agreed terms.
