Our accounting staff maintains day-to-day accounts so that we can easily update members on financial issues.
We answer and address in full, every problem that is brought to our attention. We are experts in finding cost effective, long-lasting solutions to every maintenance issue.
We go to every length to communicate properly with all our residential and commercial property owners. Letters are posted to all members whenever necessary. Members are welcome to discuss any issues that concern their management company or resident’s association.
Wherever possible we handle all debt collection matters ourselves. We find that communicating regularly with members and showing how much effort and hard work is going into reducing costs means that the vast majority of owners will pay on time. We do use a top-class debt collection solicitor, but only when every other avenue has been explored.
We do everything possible to drive costs down. We generally achieve a good reduction on residential and commercial property service charges within 12 months of our service being taken on and we continuously work to keep costs low for every member year after year.
