Administration of Self Administered Pension Schemes (SAPS)
Administration of the scheme includes the following:
Preparation of scheme set up documentation; scheme trust deed, members booklet,scheme rule etc
Seeking approval of the scheme as 'exempt approved' by the Revenue Commissioners
Registration of the scheme with the Pensions Board and ensuring compliance with the Pensions Acts and other regulations
ensuring the scheme is Revenue compliant
Providing on going administration of the scheme
Providing the service of Pensioneer Trustee
Production of annual accounts of the scheme, to include sign off by an auditor
- Production and submission of actuarial reviews of the scheme every 3 years
Administration of Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs)
We also administer Self Invested Personal Pensions on behalf of clients, this is a cost efficient personal pension plan underwritten by new Ireland Assurance, that offers clients access to investment opportunities not normally available to those providing for their retirement through a personal pension plan.
