be appropriate. It will be the client’s responsibility
to provide suitable living quarters and three meals per day
for the caregiver.

Geriatric Care Management are available at an additional charge.

Lighthouse Home Care
is very selective in our hiring process. Only experienced
caregivers become employees of our company. They must be caring
and competent. A meticulous, national arrest record and criminal
background check, a Department of Motor Vehicle history report,
reference check, employment verification, CNA registry and
OIG checks and drug test are completed on all potential employees.
An in-depth interview is also conducted.
Because our caregivers
are employees, the company is responsible for all payroll
taxes, workers compensation and liability insurances and bonding.
They must follow our Policies and Procedures and participate
in ongoing in-service training.
Our goal is to provide
quality service. That begins at the interview and continues
with education and supervision. We respect and value our staff.
Therefore, we offer a competitive benefits package, an annual
scholarship, bonuses and exceptional service recognition.
