This expertise is invaluable when completing due diligence / pre-purchase projects as it enables us to report with confidence to our clients on the suitability / viability of a premises for their purposes.

Service
A typical LeeMcCullough due diligence project would involve reporting under some or all of the following headings:

  • Foundations
  • Basement (where relevant)
  • Floors and floor loadings
  • Roof and roof loadings
  • Structural frame
  • Overall structural stability
  • Walls
  • Drainage and site works
  • Structural specifications
  • Planning Permission compliance (Engineering conditions)

Our reports include a full review based on the relevant documentation in conjunction with a visual inspection of the building, and would incorporate any necessary clarification from the Developer's Consultants where appropriate.
