Pre-Planning for Fire Safety:

Before submitting a design application to the Planning Authority it is wise to have your design proposal reviewed in relation to fire compliance.
Benefits – can save time & money on planning process and client will have a Fire Safety Strategy in place in advance of applying for a FSCA.

Fire Safety Certificate Applications (FSCA):

Application to the Local Authority for Fire Certification in relation to the proposed project. PRO-FIRE will prepare fire drawings, specification and compliance report, and will submit to the Local Authority and follow through to decision.

Fire Safety Engineering Design:

A fire safety engineering design approach can provide a more fundamental solution than traditional prescriptive approaches to fire safety. It may be the only viable means of achieving a satisfactory standard of fire safety in some large and complex buildings.

Smoke & Fire Modelling:

Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) is a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) model of fire-driven fluid flow. It is used to demonstrate the accuracy of a Fire Safety Engineering Design.

Pre-Incident Fire Planning:

Essential to successful fire operations in large, high risk and complex buildings and is now a mandatory requirement for Local Fire Authorities (who hold this information on the Fire Brigade Appliances).
