If you require we can provide you with our Virtual Receptionsit service. Using this service the PA's answer your calls as above and then conatct you on your alternate landline, DDI or mobile phone. They announce the call to you allowing you the choice of accepting or rejecting the call , accept it and it is transferred seamlessly , reject it and we take the call back and take a message. A
