The infrared heaters heat up the walls, floors and all other objects in the room, including you. Heat objects, not air, therefore there is no movement of air, no dust being moved around. It’s the same principle as what happens with the sun. After a day of sunshine on a wall, the wall heats up. When the sun sets and you stand in front of the wall, the wall still emits the heat that’s been build up. The FIRs penetrate into the walls and they ‘store’ the heat as a result.
