care of our customers as we realise that inadequate service will

We provide a 24 hour 365 day a year service
for new and existing customers in the event of breakdowns.
Our service team
are all qualified refrigeration and air conditioning engineers
and have experience in all aspects of both. This department is managed by our service
manager John Kelly who has over 15 years experience in the field
and is available to our engineers for technical back-up
at all times.
Given the nature of our industry we realise
that response time is vital. As calls are received their
urgency is assessed and an action plan is put in place.
This action plan is constantly being updated and we generally
get to our customers within 24 hours of receiving their
call. Emergency calls are prioritised.
As part of providing a quality service the
supply and availability of spare parts is important. We
stock and source parts for a wide range of refrigeration
and air conditioning equipment.
