This is a three-hour course that covers the very basics of food and personal hygiene and bacteria control. The course is aimed at entry-level food workers. Using handouts, slides and film, it instills awareness in basic food safety.

We can provide handouts in many languages, but as the course is interactive it does require a basic understanding of spoken English.

The course requires a reasonable fluency in English, but there is no need for great literacy skills.

This course is aimed at senior and experienced staff. It is recommended for all senior chefs and catering managers. The course is of twenty one hours duration and this is followed by a two-hour exam.

This practical course is aimed at taking the mystery out of H.A.C.C.P. and explains hazard analysis in a simple and accessible manner. The course is aimed at experienced and trained food workers. It is four hours long and provides those attending with a practical and useful tool for the maintenance and upgrading of any food safety system.

These can be provided for any and all establishments. They can be tailored to deal with specific problems that have been identified by management, or used to refresh and expand the knowledge of the workforce.

This is a three hour course covering the basic causes of back injury - poor posture and incorrect lifting techniques. The course also covers preventing accidents in the workplace. A very worthwhile course for all workers.
