Examples of current and recent public sector interventions in which Greater Heights consultants have been engaged include:

  • CEO facilitation/Development of Leadership Programme and Mentoring for the Chief Executive Houses Commission and  the Secretary General of the Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas
  • Facilitating the development of the Senior Team (MAC) within the Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas
  • Facilitating the development of a Government Department Strategic  Plan
  • Analysing the operation of the Hospital Inpatient Inquiry (HIPE) system and the information requirements of the Department of Health’s case-mix programme

  • Assessing Patient Views on Health Service Quality using focus groups and telephone interviews.  This research was used by the Irish Society for Quality in Healthcare to set up their National Patient Perception of Quality of Care Survey
  • Delivering Management and Leadership Skills training to newly appointed Sergeants and Inspectors from An Garda Siochana
  • Delivering training to Principal Officer’s in Presentation Skills, Stress Management, Performance and Leadership in The Department of Transport, the National Roads Authority and the Department of Agriculture
  • Providing Advanced Presentation Skills training to staff within The Legal Aid Board
