CONDITIONS OF LETTING OF ANY PROPERTY

RENT AND SECURITY

  1. ONE MONTHS RENT PLUS ONE MONTHS SECURITY IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO A MONTHS RENT TO BE PAID UP FRONT BEFORE YOU CAN OCCUPY THE PROPERTY.

  1. THE SECURITY IS REFUNDABLE AT THE END OF THE LETTING PERIOD PROVIDED THE PROPERTY IS HANDED BACK CLEAN AND IN THE CONDITION IT WAS HANDED OVER IN.

  1. SECURITY IS NOT TO BE USED AS LAST MONTHS RENT.
  1. ONE MONTHS NOTICE IN WRITING MUST BE GIVEN WHEN THE END OF LEASE IS COMING UP. (I.E. LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE DECIDING TO LEAVE OR STAY ON)

  1. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU PAY A DEPOSIT AND DO NOT TAKE THE PROPERTY YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.

HOUSEHOLD BILLS

NO PERSON CAN MOVE INTO A PROPERTY UNTIL ALL METERS HAVE BEEN READ AND ACCOUNTS CHANGED TO NEW TENANTS NAMES!

GAS

  1. CLIENT HAS TO ARRANGE WITH BORD GÁS FOR EITHER DIRECT DEBIT OR DEPOSIT TO BE PAID INDEPENDENTLY OF THE LANDLORD.

ELCTRICITY

  1. CLIENT HAS TO ARRANGE WITH THE ESB FOR EITHER DIRECT DEBIT OR DEPOSIT TO BE PAID INDEPENDENTLY OF THE LANDLORD.

ID & REFERENCES

  1. EVERY PERSON TO OCCUPY A PROPERTY MUST HAVE A CURRENTPASSPORT, THEIR PPS NUMBER AND REFERENCES WITH THEM WHEN MOVING IN.
  1. ALL TENANTS MUST SIGN THE LEASE.
  1. NO CATS, DOGS OR ANY ANIMALS
  1. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SUB LET THE PROPERTY, YOU MUST INFORM THE OFFICE OF ANY CHANGES

ALL OF THE ABOVE MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE WE WILL RELEASE KEYS TO ANY PROPERTY!!
