Eurobead is a high quality cavity wall insulation that can be used on all dwellings built with a cavity wall construction. Eurobead is a bonded bead system which consists of a expanded polystyrene material injected in bead form. The bead is coated in an air drying adhesive which enables the bead to flow freely through the cavity ensuring a full fill of the cavity wall. Eurobead is a closed cell structure. Water cannot penetrate through the material, which allows any moisture within the cavity to naturally drain due to gravity. When Eurobead is installed on new build dwellings it is completed prior to internal plastering and on existing dwellings can be carried out at any time.

Cavity is measured and assessed by our technical team.

Figure 2:

The Insulation Technicians follow a strict drilling pattern set out by the Irish Agreement Board (IAB) to insure all areas of the cavity if filled.

Figure 3:

Eurobead is injected into the cavity by compressed air and as the bead enters the cavity it is lightly coated with an adhesive.
