The Feldenkrais Method is an innovative form of movement education that can help you to find more effective and supportive ways of moving and using your body in daily life.

It is based on a unique system of movement lessons that help to improve neuro-muscular co-ordination & control, and progressively reduce habitual, inefficient patterns of muscular activity.

Feldenkrais can help people of all ages and physical conditions to improve posture, breathing, flexibility and ease of movement. The focus on self-education helps each individual learn to find new and better ways of moving, with less strain and effort.

You can learn Feldenkrais in Classes, or in Individual Sessions (the hands-on form of the method).
