ZEM-61 Wireless Three Phase Electricity Monitor

The ZEM-61 is a highly accurate, wireless three phase electricity monitor. It can monitor energy consumption patterns in equipment and buildings remotely via the web or local area network. This provides facility and energy managers with targeted energy consumption information essential for increasing efficiency and reducing overall power consumption.

The ZEM-61 product can be configured with a range of CT’s and Rogowski coil options to measure currents from 0.1A to 10kA per phase. A list of CT options is available on page 3 of this datasheet.

ZEM-61i

The ZEM-61 is a highly accurate, wireless three phase electricity monitor. It is fitted with an IEC60309 plug and socket and can monitor energy consumption patterns in equipment via the web or local area network. All current and voltage monitoring equipment is fully enclosed in the ZEM-61i which makes it extremely easy to install.

Data produced by the ZEM-61i provides facility and energy managers with targeted energy consumption information essential for increasing efficiency and reducing overall power consumption.

ZEM-30

The ZEM-30 is a highly accurate, wireless single phase electricity monitor. It can monitor energy consumption patterns in equipment and buildings remotely via the web or local area network, which provides building and energy managers with energy consumption information essential for increasing efficiency, reducing overall power consumption and monitoring usage patterns.

The ZEM-30 has on-board Zigbee™ wireless communications for easy installation and minimum disruption to normal operations. It is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure to suit a wide range of environmental conditions.

ZEM-30i

The ZEM-30i is a highly accurate, wireless single phase electricity monitor. It is fitted with an IEC C13/C14 plug and socket and can monitor energy consumption patterns in single phase equipment and circuits via the web or local area network. The ZEM-30i has an internal current sensor which means it does not need a qualified electrician for installation.

Multiple ZEM-30i’s can be deployed within a building to provide energy managers with highly granular energy consumption information essential for increasing efficiency and reducing overall power consumption.

TES-11

The TES-11 is a fully wireless, accurate ambient temperature sensor which can record temperature data at predefined intervals and make this data available on the web or local area network via EpiSensor’s SiCA Platform. The unit has on-board Zigbee wireless communications and is housed in a vented ABS enclosure.

At 15 minute reporting intervals, the battery can last up to 10 years under normal conditions. The TES-11 measures just 71mm x 71mm x 27mm and can be wall mounted using keyhole slots or sticky pads.

TES-21

The TES-21 is a fully wireless, accurate probe temperature sensor which can record temperature data at predefined intervals and make this data available on the web or local area network via EpiSensor’s SiCA Platform. The unit has on-board Zigbee wireless communications and is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure.

At 15 minute reporting intervals, the battery can last up to 10 years under normal conditions. The TES-21 can be supplied with a range of temperature probes for a variety of applications.

TES-22

The TES-22 is a fully wireless, accurate dual probe temperature sensor which can record temperature data at predefined intervals and make this data available to users via EpiSensor’s SiCA Platform for use in environmental monitoring and energy management applications.

The temperature sensor is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure so it can be deployed in a wide range of harsh environments and the on-board lithium battery is designed to last up to 10 years (at normal data reporting intervals).

ZHS-10

The ZHS-10 is a rugged, wireless, battery powered temperature & humidity sensor which can monitor and report data into the IT environment via EpiSensor’s SiCA Platform. With on-board, fully wireless Zigbee communications many ZHS-10’s can be deployed very easily to form a reliable self-healing mesh network.

The sensor, wireless communications module and battery are housed in a vented ABS enclosure. The ZHS-10 has a built in lithium battery which can last up to 10 years under normal operating conditions with a 30 minute reporting interval.

ZHM-10 Heat Metering Kit

The ZHM-10 Heat Metering Kit consists of a flow meter, two temperature probes, heat calculator and a wireless interface to seamlessly integrate with EpiSensor’s SiCA Platform to monitor heating or cooling. When the heat calculator has been programmed with the liquid type (usually water), it monitors a temperature differential and the flow rate to calculate the total heating or cooling action in a circuit.

The heat calculation unit is housed in a waterproof enclosure, is battery powered and includes on-board fully wireless communications based on the Zigbee wireless standard. The ZHM-10 can also be configured with an ultrasonic flow meter option for non-invasive flow measurement.

ZIO-10 Analogue Input Sensor

EpiSensor’s ZIO-10 is a rugged, wireless mains powered analog current loop monitor. It can be used to monitor flow rates, pressures, levels, pH or any other energy related output which uses the industry standard 4 - 20mA current loop.

The ZIO-10 has a reliable on-board mains power supply and secure wireless Zigbee ™ mesh communications for easy installation and minimum disruption to normal operations.The unit is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure and has a wireless range of up to 300m outdoors.

ZPC-10 Pulse Counter

The ZPC-10 is a wireless battery powered pulse counter designed to interface to both newly installed and legacy electricity, water and natural gas, or other utility meters. The unit has fully wireless Zigbee™ communications and is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure.

Pulse readings are stored securely in non-volatile memory and reported to a SiCA Gateway at a predefined interval. Large networks of ZPC-10’s can connect to a SiCA Gateway and deliver data to a central location for detailed analysis of energy and water consumption data.

ZPS-10 Proximity Sensor

EpiSensor’s ZPS-10 is a rugged, waterproof wireless proximity sensor that can be used to detect the status of doors, windows or other fixtures with an open/closed status that have an effect on energy usage in buildings.

The ZPS-10 monitors the status of doors and windows and reports this status as a binary value which can be used in generating key performance indicators (KPI’s) which relate energy usage to the status of doors, windows or similar fixtures. It includes fully wireless on-board communications and a lithium battery which can provide power for up to 10 years.

RTO-21

The RTO-21 Range Extender can increase the range of a wireless sensor network by up to 300m. Data is automatically routed from wireless nodes in a mesh network topology from through the range extender and back to the SiCA Gateway.

It includes an internal mains power supply which is designed to work over a wide range of voltages and on-board Zigbee wireless communications. The RTO-21’s enclosure is fully waterproof, which is ideal for use in harsh industrial or outdoor environments.

NGR-20

The NGR-20 SiCA Gateway forms a bridge between a network of wireless energy sensors and the IT environment. It is designed to operate large distributed wireless sensor networks for energy management in commercial and industrial environments.

It can collect data from hundreds of monitored points and deliver this data to SiCA Server for analysis. Network connectivity is provided via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. The NGR-20 can be managed remotely via SiCA Studio.

SiCA Survey

The SiCA Site Survey Kit consists of three “virtual nodes” which automatically form a virtual SiCA Platform wireless sensor network.

This allow users to map wireless signal strength in buildings with visual feedback to determine the optimal locations for Gateways, Nodes and Range Extenders.

SiCA Studio

SiCA Studio is designed to manage all aspects of a SiCA Platform deployment including SiCA Gateway setup, SiCA Server setup, wireless node configuration, network troubleshooting, firmware upgrades and database maintenance.

It can also be used to analyse energy consumption data in real time, with options to visualise and export raw energy data, compare data sets, and view sensors on Google Maps™.

SiCA Server

SiCA Server is the central hub of the SiCA Platform. Its three main functions are to collect data from SiCA Gateways which are deployed on site, to archive and manage this data, and to provide the data to SiCA Studio and other dashboards or external systems for analysis.

SiCA Server is built on industry standard web server and database technology and can seamlessly integrate with existing IT infrastructure.
