The EMS Ltd Service Department operates from a well equipped laboratory incorporating anti-static benches, clean air cabinets, specialised test and calibration equipment Reference Instruments, which are calibrated against the appropriate manufacturer’s reference standard to maintain traceability.

Each field engineer is fully equipped to replicate an in-house calibration at the customers’ site anywhere in the Ireland. All of our test equipment is calibrated by accredited independent laboratories on an annual basis.

A full service history for each and every instrument is maintained in house to ensure full life time quality and regulatory traceability.

Calibration and contract reminders are sent out to assist our customers manage the calibration of their equipment.

We have invested heavily in our service department to keep up with both our customers’ needs and changing regulatory requirements. This investment includes a continuous development of our service laboratories, staff training, equipment renewal and improved operating and quality control procedures to ensure that we maintain the highest possible standard of service.

EMS Ltd are the sole PMS sales/service centre in Ireland.

Facility Monitoring Systems Solutions

EMS Ltd specialise in the provision of Facility (Particle and Environmental) Monitoring Systems.

The design core is a central computer system running a well proven purpose designed software package on a standard ‘Windows’ platform.

The software may operate on a single PC or be networked into a larger site system.

Integrated into the system may be inputs from: Particle counters (air, liquid, gas, vacuum), Environmental and process sensors, alarm outputs and digital inputs.


EMS can supply some or all of the following: tailored to suit specific project and commercial needs.
