The building risk inspection is a complete survey of a premises thus ensuring the property is compliant with the latest building and health and safety regulations covered under the specific acts. What will be covered?
The Inspection will cover aspects such as:
- Fire Detection System
- Emergency Exits
- All internal and external Doors
- Fire Extinguishers
- All fittings fixtures and furniture
How long will it take?
The length if the inspection is dependent on the size of the property, however our assessors will attempt to move as quickly as possible with little or no disturbance to ongoing activitiesWhat do we get when the inspection is complete?
Upon completion of the inspection DX2 Training Solutions will send a detailed report on the premises including an action plan to address items discovered. Also a comprehensive Fire Register will be given to the premises for monitoring. What is the need for a building risk inspection?
