Regular scheduled site visits by an experienced engineer to identify potential problems and extend the equipment life and maximise its reliability in your use.
Any product that cannot be repaired on site is returned to Sonics-AVI
In the event of your equipment failing to work due to a faulty item that cannot be repaired on site, we exchange the item for a unit of similar performance until your equipment is returned or replaced.
If your system requires any spare equipment or replacement parts, these will be provided and installed into your system until your original equipment is repaired or replaced.
We want your equipment to work properly when you need it to. We aim to clear faults within one working day of receiving your call to your point of call.
Outside standard working hours you can always contact an engineer for telephone support with any specific problems that may simply solve your problem.
