Our dedicated, full-time training manager Noel Tymlin is on hand to offer our on trade customers and their staff the unique opportunity of tasting tutorials based around the wines listed in those accounts, meaning a tailored, personalised training session on the background and characteristics of their featured wines, service techniques, tips on how to up-sell and much more. 

Wine by the Glass

Given the additional cost, hassle and waste associated with quarter bottles, it was only a matter of time that wine began to be served by the glass and carafe in Ireland.

The Findlater Wine & Spirit group Wine by the Glass scheme aims to assist our customers in taking advantage of the additional margin, less wastage and saved time associated by making this move by supplying a wine preservation system, lineated glasses and associated POS to help drive by-the-glass sales in the account. 

Wine List Development and Support

Our wine specialists go beyond facilitating orders and provide personalised assistance in compiling wine lists that suit the establishment and the clientele it attracts. 

This is furthered by the availability of customised, tailored wine lists and table tent cards that best shows the wine offering available to their customers.
