The biggest challenges facing companies today can be seeking, locating and employing skilled workers and staff to assist in running their businesses, whether it be in the construction or hotel and catering industries, manufacturing or the service industries.
All organisations, companies and firms have to review their personnel requirements and often have to rely on foreign workers with the required qualifications to ensure they can meet the demands of customers, clients and contractors in a dynamic and ever growing economy.
Obtaining visas and work permits is often essential to comply with legal regulations and EU Directives.
There will be a major change in the law on the passing of the new Immigration andResidency Bill which we recognize will facilitate the industrial and corporate sector in employing foreign nationals and will simplify the obtaining of work visas and will bring certainty to an otherwise indefinite situation and uncertain arrangements and entitlements.
Under section 13 of the Bill the Minister can prescribe circumstances in which a deposit or bond or guarantee is to accompany a visa application and it provides a definition of what will constitute a bond or guarantee. Further it sets out the requirements for a person to be a guarantor under this section.
Simply advise us of the name, address, country of origin, age and qualifications/experience and skills of the person you wish to engage and we will do the rest .
