A 90 day warranty period is included as standard with every professional services assignment. Our Customer Support package is included as standard in every FUSION purchase. In addition, we offer a range of additional support packages for situations which fall outside of standard support.

Support Options

Standard Covers any bug or error relating to the normal operation of all FUSION modules during office hours. Standard Support is included at no extra charge with every FUSION subscription purchased.
Support Plus - 10 Pack A discounted bundle of 10 support incidents covering support not included under the standard support agreement.
Support Plus - 1 Pack A single incident covering support not included under the standard support agreement.
Custom Support Pack
For clients who have non-standard support requirements, ASPeon offers Custom support packages which are tailored to individual requirements for an additional fee.

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is issued for each purchase of Fusion and contains the details of the support options above.
