If you could have anything in the world right now, what would that be? What is it that you value most? How do you honour that prized possession on a daily basis? Do you feel your happiest days are behind you or yet to come? What's number ten on your 'bucket list'? In the history of mankind to date there has never been such an influx of information, a bombardment on our senses, like there is today. Television, internet, gameboys etc flash their messages as quickly as they can. Time saving devices have only created more time to do something else and this has caused a lot of people to forget the most important constant in their lives, themselves. Coaching is about creating powerful and positive circumstances in your life, be it family or career. While everyone's circumstance is unique, there are certain categories that arise more frequently; I don’t know what I want; I know what I want, but don’t know how to get it; I know what I want and how to get it, but something keeps holding me back; I know what I want, how to get it and I’m motivated and on track; and I know what I want and I’ve already got it! 'Most people in life fail not because they aim too high and miss but because they aim too low and hit.' Les Brown
