As CKPM is an Architectural Design based practice, the project and all its
details can be designed from inception to completion assuring Clients of the
highest quality design achieved using the very latest technologies as demanded
by both Clients and the ever improving quality of the built environment in
CKPM will provide planning advice on specific project Clients have in mind.
Advice can be given on projects that are exempt from planning. Up front advice
can be provided on the likelihood of achieving planning for a particular
project a Client may have in mind.
As well as designing the project, CKPM can provide a full management service
to all Clients from the early stages of the design process to planning consents

complexity of the project, the Client will be advised on the various other
consultants required to bring the project to a successful completion.

Fire Safety Advice
As escape from fire is probably the single most important aspect of building
layout and design, CKPM can provide advice on this aspect and can procure a
Fire Safety Certificate for each building required to have one. Safe escape
