The purpose of coaching is to support and challenge you to achieve your personal and /or business goals. At the heart of coaching lies the concept of freeing you, to express your full potential. My sole focus is to assist you in achieving your outcomes.
My intention during coaching sessions is to create a reflective, supportive, yet challenging and focused environment that encourages the raising of self-awareness. The coaching environment is of course a non-judgmental and a confidential one.
My key belief when working with coaching clients is that you, the client are the expert as regards your own life. Therefore I won’t tell you what you should do, but I will help you to ‘breakthrough’ out-dated assumptions that may be holding you back.
Depending on your requirements, coaching can include elements of skills transfer, for example, personalised skills enhancement in areas such as Time Management, Communication skills, Motivation, Presentation skills etc.
My coaching work is divided into three broad categories:
